This product is a replacement electric motor kit for the Mitsubishi Active Yaw Control (AYC) and Active Center Differential (ACD) systems. It has been engineered to exceed the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards, ensuring enhanced durability and superior specifications.
Since introducing the AYC and ACD systems in 1996, Mitsubishi revolutionized the torque vectoring capabilities in vehicles. However, their updates over the years primarily focused on solenoids and sealing improvements. Our upgraded motor expands upon this foundation, featuring improved sealing properties and corrosion-resistant materials to deliver unmatched performance and reliability.
Our Mitsubishi AYC/ACD motor kit includes the following components:
– Adaptor plate
– OEM harness-compatible hardware kit
– Machined aluminum pump plate
– Viton seals
To prevent the motor from getting stuck in the on/off or off position, it is advised to change the power relay. This motor kit is compatible with Mitsubishi Lancer models from 1995 to 2017. It is specifically designed for the Mitsubishi Evo 4 to 9 (IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX) model and can replace all 4-bolt type motors. Please ensure that your motor has the correct number of mount holes.
