The Mitsubishi AYC/ACD motor kit includes:

To prevent the motor from getting stuck in the on/off or off position, it is recommended to change the power relay. This unit is specifically designed to fit Mitsubishi Evo X models from years 2008 to 2016, replacing all 3 bolt type motors found in other applications. Please ensure to check the number of mount holes on your motor. For 4 bolt motors, refer to product 50.104.
