This replacement accumulator is specifically designed for Mitsubishi’s AYC/ACD system. Crafted to meet OEM standards, it features identical internal specifications to the original part and is coated with anti-corrosion paint for increased durability.
The Active Yaw Control (AYC) and Active Center Differential (ACD) systems were revolutionary automotive torque vectoring technologies introduced by Mitsubishi in 1996. While Mitsubishi’s subsequent updates mainly focused on solenoid enhancements and sealing improvements, our replacement accumulator expands on this foundation to offer improved performance and reliability.
Our Mitsubishi AYC/ACD accumulator is supplied with new seals and houses the same specifications as the OEM part. As Mitsubishi does not provide this accumulator as a standalone component, we recommend replacing the accumulator if you are experiencing consistent motor failures or if the system is not reaching its working pressure.
